Kim was raised in River Falls and believes it’s a great place to raise her family. In fact, she believes it takes a village and the community far exceeds that through excellent schools, local businesses, and opportunities to be involved. She enjoys cheering her three children on in their activities and coached both youth soccer and basketball. Kim also served as Treasurer of the River Falls Youth Girls Basketball Association, and volunteers with the River Falls High School Booster Club. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, exercising, and shopping. Her goal is to ensure FNBRF is a great place to work and delivers an even better experience to customers. Her Green Belt certification in Six Sigma helps us do just that!

With 15 years of banking experience (all with FNBRF) and three post-secondary degrees, Bridget has held a variety of roles leading to her current position as a Relationship Banking Officer. When away from her FNBRF “family,” Bridget has plenty to keep her busy, most notably her husband (whom she met in high school) and their two children. Bridget loves staying active, whether it’s walking, hiking or playing around with her flowers and gardens. She is a past board member for the Forward Foundation, a nonprofit education foundation that raises funds to enhance creative learning for the School District of River Falls. Bridget appreciates that community banking with FNBRF truly focuses on family, community, local businesses and excellent customer service.

At home, she has two young children to chase and a crazy little French Bulldog named Whiz. Away from the bank, Rebecca has a passion for travel, or you can find her in the garden, or working on a home remodeling project. She is a past board member of Grow To Share, but continues to volunteer with the organization in addition to volunteering her time for various other organizations around the River Falls area. An Army wife of 13 years, she has a son and two other four-legged children along with a grand puppy! Tami has a wealth of professional experience in various accounting and banking roles. She passes her time serving as the Treasurer for the River Falls Community Arts Base, pursuing photography and doing crafting projects with her niece. As a lifelong resident of the area, Tami appreciates FNBRF’s approach to family first, and the St. Croix Valley as a great place to live, work and play.

Anna holds an associates degree in business management and is a Retail Banker with FNBRF. She and her husband are proud parents to a young son and share best friends in their dogs, Bob and Crosby. Anna and her family are diehard hockey fans, with her husband coaching the high school team and their son playing in the youth association. She spends her time volunteering in various capacities throughout the hockey season. When not at the rink, Anna and her family enjoy spending time together, especially at the lake. Anna appreciates the family first culture of FNBRF and the festive nature of River Falls and all it’s local events.

She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in music and three years of banking experience. Dianne is very active in her church, singing and leading worship every Wednesday and Sunday. She also travels on an annual mission trip and volunteers as a speaker at a non-profit Christian organization. When not at work or church, Dianne enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, photography and cooking. Her involvement in the community is wide ranging, with several years committed to organizations including Friends of Freedom Park, 4-H, the Prescott Chamber of Commerce and the Pierce County Housing Committee. In recently becoming certified as a Master Gardener volunteer with the St. Croix Valley Master Gardeners, Gale has grown her love of gardening flowers and vegetables. Tom is a Retail Banker at FNBRF and holds a degree in Pharmacy Tech. He spent eight years in the Navy where he trained and studied Oceanography and Meteorology. Tom and his wife have a young daughter and two pugs named Hank and Penny. Around town, Tom is a member of the St. Croix Valley Kiwanis Club and participates in a financial literacy program in Prescott. If it’s a sport, Tom probably is interested, be it participating in, or watching hockey, football or golf. He professes that he and his wife have attended over 400 live concerts and sporting events combined! Tom believes community banking is all about living, working and playing locally; specifically in the St. Croix Valley. He feels FNBRF exemplifies this philosophy in every way, shape and form!

Donna is a member of the Prescott Lions Club. Her passion is baking and she credits her mother’s training in becoming a successful baker her entire life. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, gardening, quilting and machine embroidering.
