Our team here at First National Bank of River Falls is closely following the evolving concerns of COVID-19, and we continue to review the various ways that we deliver financial services.  As a result, effective, Tuesday, March 24, 2020, our Drive Thru will remain OPEN; however, the hours for our River Falls and Prescott Drive Thrus will be adjusted to Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am - Noon. Our ATM’s and night depositories are available 24/7/365 along with our convenient Online and Mobile Banking options.  

Online and Mobile Banking give you the flexibility to bank anytime, anywhere, 24/7/365. You can safely view transactions, make payments, transfer funds, deposit checks and more.

Please know that your money is as safe and accessible as it has always been here at FNBRF.

First National Bank of River Falls is committed to the safety, security and health of our
employees and customers, and that will ALWAYS remain our highest priority. Due to the
evolving concerns around COVID-19 and to do our part in helping “flatten the curve,”
FNBRF will close our bank lobbies, effective Tuesday morning, March 17, 2020, until further
notice.

We continue to offer many other options to serve your banking needs during this time:

Online & Mobile Banking are available 24/7/365 and allow you to safely view
transactions, make payments, transfer funds, deposit checks and more … anytime,
anywhere.

Our Drive Thrus in River Falls and Prescott, which offer most banking services, will remain
OPEN during regular business hours. Our night deposit box services will also be available,
as normal. In addition, our ATM’s at our River Falls and Prescott offices are accessible
24/7/365. Please know that your money is as safe and accessible as it has always been
here at FNBRF.

If you need access to your safe deposit box, please call (715) 425-2401 for our River Falls
office and (715) 262-5000 for our Prescott office, in order to receive timely access.
