This is the card to carry. It has all the great features of a credit

as a check, with purchases or ATM withdrawals taken directly from
your checking account.
To make a purchase, just present your Check Card. Your purchase
amount will automatically be deducted from your checking account.
Every transaction will appear on your monthly statement with the
detailed information you need: amounts, dates and locations.
There's no ID required. It's accepted the world-wide - anywhere
you spot the familiar MasterCard logo. And if you ever need quick
cash, you can visit one of the 350,000 financial institutions world-wide
or any ATM affiliated with your financial institution. It's that
easy. The MasterMoney Check Card from First National Bank is also
ideal for hotel reservations, car rental, and even grocery store
and department store purchases.

Here are a few "dos"
and "don'ts" that are important to follow.

- DO keep your PIN a secret.
Positively DON'T write the number on your
card.

about your card over the phone. DO give
your card number and expiration date if you initiated the
call to place an order or make a reservation.
- DON'T expose your card's
magnetic strip to magnetic objects. A magnetic name tag
or badge in a purse will make the card in your wallet ineffective.
- DO report lost or stolen
cards immediately.
- DO review your account
statements.

Now you can have even more protection from identity theft and other unauthorized
use of your First National Bank MasterCard
Debit Card. Beginning June 30, 2005 you can register for your own
private free SecureCode.
SecureCode is similar to using your PIN at
an ATM. Once you have registered and created your own private SecureCode,
you will automatically be prompted at a Check-out to provide your
SecureCode each time you make a purchase with a participating online
merchant. Your SecureCode is quickly confirmed by us and then your
purchase is completed. Your SecureCode is never shared with the
merchant.
When you correctly enter your
SecureCode during a purchase at a participating online merchant,
you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder. If an incorrect
SecureCode is entered, the purchase will not be completed, even
if someone knows your Debit Card number.
SecureCode
works with most browsers. Please be advised software which prevents “pop-up
windows”, such as Microsoft XP, may interfere with your use
of SecureCode.
Some credit card
companies offer this feature. The First National Bank of River
Falls credit cards offered through Elan has this feature
available.
Both of these cards are accepted at any PULSE terminal or any terminal
displaying the Cirrus logo around the world. In addition, the Check
Card can be used to pay for retail transactions anywhere MasterCard
is accepted.
